Lauren Rorie leads the professional services, consulting practice at Force Management, managing a hierarchy of regional Directors and Consultants who help customer go-to-market teams align on their messaging and sales processes. Lauren’s group manages engagements that help sales leaders maximize their organization’s profitability and productivity. These engagements are often held with global sales teams in companies operating primarily within the high-tech industry.
Before coming into her current role, Lauren rose up the ranks within Force Management’s consulting organization, acting as a lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, sales process, territory and account planning and talent management programs. She brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables.
Prior to joining Force Management, Lauren was an Associate for CS Technology, Inc. where she managed account relationships and consulting projects. Before CS Technology, she held the position of Account Executive for AT&T in their Mid-Market, Major Accounts Division for the Southeast.
Lauren graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Political Science.
