Lauren has acted as a lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, sales process, territory and account planning and talent management programs. During these engagements, she manages internal teams, external partners and international contractors to ensure successful project implementations within the high-tech, security, education and IT staffing industries. She brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables.
Prior to joining Force Management, Lauren was an Account Manager for CS Technology, Inc. where she managed business development and consulting projects. Before CS Technology, she held the position of Account Executive for AT&T in their Mid-Market, Major Account's Division for the southeast.
Lauren graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Political Science.
