At Force Management, stewardship is a fundamental value to our business. We strive to make our communities better places to live, work, and play.  

By aligning with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals and the Pledge 1%, we operationalize our mission by dedicating our time, talent, and resources to help others unlock their full potential and build a better world.

Empowering our Employees 

Our Force for Good program empowers our employees to be changemakers in their communities, devoting their time and resources to causes they’re passionate about.

  • In alignment with the Pledge 1% movement, we dedicate 1% of our workforce's time to fostering positive change within our communities. To support this commitment, each employee is granted four days of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) annually. 
  • Each year, we organize more than a dozen volunteer community service events, both virtual and in-person. These events span our global regions. 
  • Since 2008, our employees have spearheaded nearly twenty pro bono service projects focused on enhancing the messaging strategies of non-profit organizations. This work has empowered these organizations to amplify their impact within their communities. 
  • Our team members have generously donated over $870,000 to Force Management's own charitable fund, the FM Family Assistance Fund. This fund aids local and national nonprofits that share our company's core charitable mission.

At Force Management, our core business competencies are channeled towards supporting two specific SDGs:
