Frank Azzolino

With a proven track record of successfully turning ideas into successful companies, Frank brings over three decades of executive leadership and general management experience with proven results including several successful exits. Frank started his career as a structural engineer designing naval vessels and weapon systems for the U.S. Navy (civilian) and General Dynamics Corporation.

In the 30+ years since, Frank has held a variety of roles in marketing, sales, sales management, M&A, general management, and four-time CEO. Over this period, Frank has been working with, selling to, and servicing the largest and most successful companies across the globe from engineering and manufacturing to software, technology, consumer hardgoods and retail. Frank holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College and a BS in Engineering from Tufts University. 

Frank is a Senior Partner at Force Management. Frank is also the principle at FVA Consulting offering private client consulting in executive leadership, strategy, sales and operations., an Executive-in-Residence and adjunct professor at Bentley University, holds directorships at Fetch Rewards (Madison WI), Sustainable Minds (Cambridge, MA), and is a Senior Advisor at ArrayWorks (Mansfield, MA), Tenfold (Austin TX), and Entromy (Cambridge MA). Previously, he was a director at T-Splines (Provo UT sold to ADSK in 12/11) and an advisor at FlightView Inc. (Watertown MA sold to OAG in 1/15).
