Craig Chumley is a results-driven, people-centric executive with more than 30 years of experience leading high-growth technology and services organizations. Throughout his career, he has scaled businesses from $150 million to $1.7 billion in revenue, built a $400 million ARR cloud and managed services practice, delivered consistent 20%+ year-over-year growth, and executed 16 acquisitions supporting multiple private equity transitions and a NASDAQ IPO. As CEO, Craig sets the company’s strategic vision and leads with a disciplined focus on performance, culture, and customer impact.
Prior to this role, Craig served as CEO of Connext and as Executive Vice President at ConvergeOne, where he drove significant organic growth, led national cloud and managed services organizations, and delivered world-class employee engagement and customer satisfaction results.
He began his career in sales and leadership roles with AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Avaya, consistently exceeding targets and leading complex enterprise initiatives. Craig holds an MBA from Belmont University and a degree in Marketing and Psychology from Lipscomb University and is actively involved in mentorship and nonprofit leadership
