Marty Mercer

Marty Mercer is an integral part of the Force Management delivery team with a strong ability to engage large audiences and establish emotional connections.  He joined Force Management in 2015, after 25 years of successfully managing sales teams that sold software, hardware and services to the Healthcare Information Technology sector.

Before joining Force Management, Marty was a principal with The Complex Sale, where he delivered content, facilitated workshops and managed both new and existing accounts.

At Force Management, Marty combines his background in sales with his passion for helping others. Each year he trains hundreds of sales managers and reps to address challenges in growing their business, hitting their number and beating their competition. 

Marty received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science in Health Systems from Georgia Tech.

Marty is a passionate speaker and an active member of both the National Speakers Association and the Peachtree Toastmasters club.  He has achieved  the CSP Certified Speaking Professional designation from NSA, the highest earned level awarded by NSA, of which less than 1% of professional speakers have accomplished.
