Dale Monnin

Dale Monnin brings nearly 3 decades of professional experience in sales, sales management, and entrepreneurship to Force Management. Dale’s talents reflect the diversity of his career, having worked on four continents around the globe and visiting the rest. In addition to working as a Facilitator for Force Management clients, Dale also heads up a consulting and training company he founded 17 years ago that specializes in Organizational Transformation and Change Management.

In his past work experience, Dale has combined a unique mix of technology depth and selling skill to close large, complex B2B deals in both the private and public sector domestically and internationally. He also taught others to do the same in his role as Sales Enablement Manager for Parametric Technology Corp (PTC).
