Ashling Murphy leads the northeast regional consulting practice at Force Management, managing a hierarchy of consultants who help go-to-market teams align on their messaging and sales processes. Ashling's group manages engagements, often global and primarily within the high-tech industry, that help sales leaders maximize their organization’s profitability and productivity.
In addition to managing the Boston-based consulting team, Ashling also supports the solution architecture for her region's sales activity. Working collaboratively with the sales team, she gathers insights around prospective customers’ goals and requirements to architect a solution that will drive outcomes.
Before coming into her current role, Ashling rose up the ranks within Force Management’s consulting organization, acting as a lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, sales process, negotiation, and territory and account planning programs. She brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables.
Ashling graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and Communication Studies.
