Rainey Sharp leads the western regional consulting practice at Force Management, managing a hierarchy of consultants who help go-to-market teams align on their messaging and sales processes. Rainey’s group manages engagements, often global and primarily within the high-tech industry, that help sales leaders maximize their organization’s profitability and productivity.
Before coming into her current role, Rainey rose from the ranks within Force Management’s consulting organization, managing client engagements of her own. She brings a wealth of experience in running global consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables. In 2020, she relocated from Force Management’s San Francisco office to help launch the company’s first regional office in Denver.
Rainey holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
