David Kohler is the Vice President of Information Technology with Force Management. Kohler has more than 30 years of experience partnering with organizations to define, design, transform and implement technological solutions that aid in the enablement and achievement of business objectives.
Prior to joining Force Management, Kohler worked at IBM, Bank of America and Lenovo where he worked as a transformation consultant and also a global IT leader. At IBM, Kohler worked as a technical consultant and architect to partner with customers to define the right solution(s). At Bank of America, Kohler spearheaded the product solution and implementation of virtualization solutions across the 200K plus employee base. At Lenovo, Kohler created and managed a global solution architect and PMO delivery team for technical solutioning. In addition to these roles, Kohler founded an IT managed services provider organization that has been in continuous operation for nearly 30 years.
In each role, Kohler brings his rare combination of knowledge across compute, storage, and network with his breadth of knowledge on systems, security, services, imaging, and a variety of other building blocks together to make technology work better and deliver to its full potential.
Kohler earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Thomas Edison University in 2005. Kohler has obtained his Six Sigma Green Belt, COMPTIA Network+ certification, COMPTIA A+, ITIL v4 Strategist, PRINCE2 Agile project manager certification and Microsoft Professional certification. He regularly is asked to consult on technology roundtables and is an invited speaker to customer and professional organization events.
