With a proven track record of making his number as a skilled and experienced sales leader and consultant, Charlie Simmons has close to three decades of executive, sales and general management leadership experience with large, public companies as well as emerging, high-growth, private firms across a variety of industries.
As a Senior Partner at Force Management, Charlie works closely with the C-level to drive measurable results in both revenue and bookings by addressing a variety of sales challenges faced by these clients that include their Go-To-Market structure; Sales Messaging; Sales Process; Sales Planning and Sales Talent.
Prior to joining Force Management, Charlie was Chief Revenue Officer at G/O Digital, a high growth digital marketing firm. At G/O Digital, a technology start-up, Charlie led the build out of G/O’s Direct (Enterprise & Inside Sales) and Reseller sales channels, as the company scaled from its beginnings to close to $100M in AAR, over a 3-year period.
In addition, Charlie has held senior-level, global, sales leadership positions at Harte- Hanks, Experian Marketing, divine inc, Standard Register and Dun & Bradstreet. In these roles, Charlie was responsible for all functions of their global sales effort - BDR/SDR; Direct Sales (Enterprise & Inside); Channel Sales; Customer Success; Sales Operations & Enablement and Pre-Sales. Charlie has spent his entire career leading and building newly formed high-performance sales teams as well as transforming legacy sales teams from product sellers to client-oriented, value-based, business solution sales teams.
Charlie graduated with honors from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Communications. Charlie resides in suburban Boston and is an avid Boston sports fan.
