Charlie is a highly skilled sales leader and consultant with 25+ years of sales, marketing and operations experience with a range of companies spanning start-up; mid-size and F-500 companies. He has successfully led sales organizations for both public and private companies and has extensive global sales leadership experience having spent time in both the UK/Ireland and EMEA theaters. At Force Management, Charlie specializes in sales management; sales planning/execution; sales enablement/operations and Demand Gen. He has sold and advised many clients in the areas of:
Sales Channel optimization and go-to-market approach/structure
Sales process development; improvement & adoption
Salesforce effectiveness and management coaching
Demand Gen and lead flow management
Pipeline qualification and inspection towards close
Prior to joining Force Management, Charlie served as Chief Revenue Officer at G/O Digital, a digital marketing services company, where he oversaw the firm’s revenue growth from $10M to $100M over a 3-year period. Prior to that, Charlie had global executive sales leadership roles with Harte Hanks, Experian and Standard Register, all in the marketing services space; a senior sales leadership role at a hyper growth technology start up divine, inc. and numerous sales leadership and sales roles over an 18-year career at Dun & Bradstreet. Charlie graduated, with honors, from Boston College with a BA in Economics and Communications. He is based in Force Management’s Boston office.
