Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator provides support to the consulting and delivery teams throughout sales transformation engagements. They closely work with Principal and Senior Consultants in the execution of project plans and the development of client deliverables. This role requires great attention to detail, an ability to learn quickly and build strong internal relationships.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate and effectively work across multiple levels, roles, and functions internally
  • Assist in developing and executing structured project work plans
  • Assist in building project materials
  • Format and proofread internal and client-facing deliverables
  • Manage the print production and distribution of consulting and training materials
  • Consolidate client data and feedback to build survey reports
  • Capture and distribute notes for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Manage logistics associated with internal and client events
  • Assist with office administration activities as required
  • Proactively seek opportunities to reduce the workload of consultants

 

REQUIREMENTS:

A Project Coordinator must be process-oriented, a superb writer, a clear and concise communicator, and an excellent listener. The individual must be able to work independently with moderate guidance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic history with 1-3 years of work experience in marketing, event planning, or project management support. The candidate will have mastery-level skill in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
