Workshop and Training Delivery Facilitator

This Workshop and Training Delivery Facilitator position combines the responsibilities of a Consultant and a Trainer.

The Facilitator will be the subject matter expert for delivery of Kickoff, Workshop, Training and Reinforcement sessions around our Command of the Message®, Command of the Sale®, Command of the Talent® and Command of the Plan® solution areas.  The Facilitator will also assist in the creation and delivery of custom development programs.

The candidate must be able to:

  • facilitate 2 and 3-day customer-facing workshops comprised of 15-20 senior-level client executives
  • deliver 2 and 3-day training events comprised of 150-300 participants
  • conduct discovery interviews to determine client’s as-is situation
  • facilitate in-person and remote opportunity, account, and territory reviews to drive user adoption
  • conduct sales manager certification and coaching and development sessions to drive manager reinforcement
  • work remotely within a global team during the execution of client engagements
  • assist in the creation of impactful curriculum, tools, and best practices based on client-specific requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

  • a former senior sales manager in the high-tech industry
  • a subject matter expert in value-based selling and negotiation methodologies
  • a subject matter expert in territory, account, and opportunity planning
  • a subject matter expert in sales talent management
  • a subject matter expert in custom sales effectiveness curriculum development
  • able to facilitate a large, diverse audience toward an effective workshop and training outcome
  • able to engage large audiences over an extended period by establishing an emotional connection to the content
  • able to handle objections and negotiate consensus in a large group environment
  • able to quickly learn and teach new sales effectiveness methodologies
  • able to operate in an extremely dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • 10+ years of senior-level sales management experience within the high-tech industry
  • 5+ years selling consulting or professional services
  • experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, channel sales, and account management/customer success
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating executive workshops
  • 3+ years delivering sales training to groups larger than 150 participants
  • an extremely high level of personal integrity

The candidate must be able to travel frequently to client locations within North America, EMEA, and Asia. Travel is expected to be about 50% but can be 75% at peak times.

This position can be based in any major US metro area and can be an employee or independent contractor.
