An online prep course delivers the methodology and best practices through a dynamic mix of slides, audio, text, video, digital content, and impactful assignments. Force Management content experts provide virtual feedback and facilitation coaching on areas for improvement throughout the self-study.
Dynamic Teach-Back Event
Participants attend an in-person session where Force Management subject matter experts observe live presentations of the Command of the Message® training content and provide real-time coaching and personal best practices for delivering the methodology.
First Client-Led Training Audit and Support
Force Management will provide support through the preparation and delivery of the first client-led training. After the live Training Audit, participants will be evaluated. If approved, they can independently deliver future Command of the Message® training sessions to their organization.
