Michael Atkinson leads the post-implementation consulting practice at Force Management. Mike manages a hierarchy of consultants who help organizations drive transformation in their messaging and sales processes.
Mike's group manages engagements, often global and primarily within the high-tech industry, that help organizations create lasting change related to go-to-market messaging strategies.
Before coming into his current role, Mike rose up the ranks within Force Management’s consulting organization, acting as a lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, process, and negotiation programs. He brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements focused on change management.
Mike graduated from Boston College with dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies.
