Kathleen leads the Customer Strategy & Success Center of Excellence which provides Force Management customers guidance on how to align their sales effectiveness strategies with their overall growth strategies. Prior, Kathleen launched and led the Force Management’s first regional office in Boston, responsible for the delivery of consulting engagements that help sales leaders maximize their organization’s profitability and productivity.
Prior to joining Force Management, Kathleen worked as a product marketing manager at DataXu, a Boston startup in the ad tech space, where she developed market requirements, crafted positioning and led go-to-market initiatives. Kathleen has over ten years of sales and marketing consulting experience including her time as a manager in the consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Australia. She also served as chief of staff to the CEO of PwC Australia, where she worked on strategic initiatives for the Australian firm and PwC’s Asia-Pac region. Prior to her work overseas, she was a senior consultant for PwC in New York City.
Kathleen is also co-founder and Board Advisor of UpSkill Management Services (formerly UpSkill Capital), a social impact venture based in India on a mission to lift young adults out of poverty through vocational education. Current projects are based in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, and Jaipur, India.
She holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
