Sales Agent | Partner Program

Force Management’s Sales Agents are part of our Partner Select Program. The program empowers them  to better support their customer’s ability to drive rapid revenue growth by focusing on sales messaging, execution, planning and talent. The agent program will enable you to grow your business, while enhancing your position as a trusted advisor to your clients.  Our Sales Agents are field-based, geo-territory sellers who drive daily sales activities and produce results as an independent business owner selling Force Management methodologies.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Effective Lead Generation: Understand and research market trends and companies with the ability to rapidly create a multi-million-dollar pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.  Be able to leverage a personal network to generate high levels of weekly call activity within a targeted base of companies.  Effectively communicate the Force Management value proposition across a range of solutions to a cross section of functional executives within the prospect base. 
  2. Generate New Bookings: Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives and to bring highly customized solutions to the challenge of driving organic revenue growth. It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to differentiate solutions and sell value.  The successful candidate must have the experience and ability to quarterback and manage a team sell.
  3. Key Account Management: Conduct periodic evaluations of customer deployments of Force Management solutions to determine how well these products/services are meeting customer objectives and how well customers are utilizing all resources available them.
  4. Customer Lead Development: Coordinate, track and report on region/territory marketing activities and impact the Force Management sales pipeline.
  5. Sales Cycle Management: Bring current opportunities to a successful close and develop sales capabilities for future opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

To ensure productivity, profitability and reduced time-to-success, sales agents contracted to sell in partnership with Force Management should ideally satisfy the following criteria:

  • Have an existing book of business with C-suite contacts
  • Have VP of Sales experience driving sales initiatives and execution of the value sale
  • Have sold and/or sold-and-delivered solutions to customers, and be willing to pursue certification to deliver through Force Management
  • Have experience selling into the high technology market - a proven market for Force Management’s offerings and customer results
  • Demonstrated ability to sell a “vision” and value – services, ideas and outcomes – rather than products and features. Experience could include, but is not limited to, selling high-end consulting, sales effectiveness services or other professional services.
  • A strong business acumen with the ability to navigate a wide variety of functional areas (e.g. C-suite, sales, sales operations, learning and development, etc.) and to work comfortably with sales executives and senior management.
  • Outstanding sales, strategic-planning and sales-execution skills.
  • Honor the team culture that Force Management fosters to best drive customer success.
