Ray de Avila has more than 30 years of experience in sales, sales leadership, learning and development. He’s an accomplished results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in a variety of industries, including health care and high tech.
Prior to joining Force Management, Ray was the National Director of Sales at Nihon Kohden. His experience also includes roles at CB Commercial, Cardiac Science, Fieldstone, Xerox and Wilson Learning. He’s served as a facilitator, executive coach, program designer and sales meeting leader. Ray’s reputation for establishing high-performing sales cultures capable of winning business in highly competitive environments makes him a valuable addition to the Force Management team.
Ray earned his Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University and also completed the Executive Education Program in Persuasion and Negotiation at Harvard University. In his spare time, Ray is a quarterback coach and works with a variety of athletes, coaches and teams.
