What is a Sales Agent?


Force Management has built our business on a robust network of leaders who understand what it takes to run elite sales organizations. We know there is power in a network of people who grasp what we do, how we do it, and the impact it can have on organizations. 

Our sales agents are sales executives who know how to build and maintain successful sales teams and have experience with Force Management and our methodologies. Through that knowledge, they sell our offerings to people in their networks. It's an investment of time, energy and capital.

If you have a network of sales executives, being a sales agent can be a lucrative way to set yourself apart from other individual sales consultants. Our agent profit model is a compelling fit for those who sell and/or sell and deliver to customers what they sold. Certification is required for individuals who deliver our methodologies. 

Ideal Partner Profile


Our sales agents are an elite group of sales leaders. We are looking for individuals who ideally meet the following requirements: 
  • Previous sales executive experience driving sales initiatives and appreciates the value sale.
  • A network of people who have participated in previous Command offerings and are currently working in other companies
  • Experience selling into the high-tech space. 
  • Close to a major metro area
  • Force Management prides itself with a Team culture as we work together to drive customer success.  A Team Player is a must.
  • Although not required, an existing book of business with C-Suite contacts will help reduce time to success.
