Kate Hipps has acted as lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, sales process, territory and account planning and talent management programs. During these engagements, she manages internal teams, external partners and international contractors to ensure successful project implementations within the high-tech, healthcare and IT staffing industries. She brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables. Kate was selected to help launch the north east regional office in Boston, which opened in October 2013.
Prior to joining Force Management, Kate worked in Marketing Communications at Siemens Industry.
