This highly interactive curriculum examines the current trends in leadership, the evolution of leadership theories, and the five levels of leadership. Participants will examine how respect is earned in leadership and will analyze the Leadership Belief System Model.

At the conclusion of the course, each participant will construct a Commitment to Action Plan emphasizing their commitment to leadership excellence.
