Laura Solitario
Laura Solitario has over 20 years of corporate management experience in the human resource field. She has implemented large-scale human resource initiatives including executive leadership and development, succession planning, performance management and total quality management systems.
Prior to Force Management, she operated Solitario Consulting; where she delivered on consulting projects in the manufacturing, financial services, banking, real estate development and non-profit sectors. The firm focused its efforts on linking business strategy to the human resource structures needed to execute on the strategy.
Prior to Solitario Consulting, Ms. Solitario was the Director of Organizational Development for United Dominion Industries; a $3 Billion diversified manufacturer of proprietary engineered products where she implemented the firm’s first executive development and succession planning process across 22 national and international companies. Prior to United Dominion, Ms. Solitario was an AVP at Bank of America, and in her 10 years at the Federal Reserve Bank headed several functions including training, employment, and human resources.
Ms. Solitario holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations from the College of William and Mary. She has served as an officer on the boards of the Charlotte chapter of the American Society for Training and Development and the Charlotte Organizational Development Network. Additionally she has served on the Board of Trustees for Providence Day School and on the Board of Directors and executive committee for other local non-profit organizations
