Kristen Semeniuk has acted as lead program manager for multiple, end-to-end global client engagements for sales messaging, sales process, territory and account planning and talent management programs. During these engagements, she manages internal teams, external partners and international contractors to ensure successful project implementations within the high-tech, healthcare and IT staffing industries. She brings a wealth of experience in running consulting engagements to drive new curriculum development and key client deliverables.
Kristen was selected to help launch the north east regional office in Boston, which opened in October 2013 and now resides in Birmingham, AL.
In addition to sales consulting, Kristen has also worked in the financial consulting industry for NTT Data. During her time there she focused mostly on resolving major regulatory citations for several Top 4 U.S. banks issued by the Federal Reserve Bank.
