Doug George

Doug George leads Force Management's sales and consulting efforts in medical and healthcare-related markets throughout the Southeastern United States. Doug has over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience in specialized medical fields, such as general orthopedics, spine surgery (orthopedic and neurosurgical), surgical sports medicine, digital imaging, surgical instrumentation and general operating room supplies. His experience includes both domestic and international sales and distribution of medical supplies.

Doug has served in Senior Management positions for large companies such as Depuy Mitek, a division of Johnson & Johnson and Zimmer as well as entrepreneurial organizations such as VirtuRad, a digital imaging company. He's led successful sales teams that were comprised of both direct and indirect sales representatives. His extensive work with independent sales distribution teams provides insight into methods and strategies for successful sales execution.

 He developed a critical understanding of the challenges faced in developing and launching new products while in Senior Marketing Management positions with VirtuRad and Depuy Mitek. This experience helps clients ramp up sales faster with messaging that resonates with customers. 

Doug graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business Administration.
