Lauren Smith | Principal Consultant
Lauren Smith is a Principal Consultant at Force Management. Her background includes experience in the areas of project management, marketing and sales.
At Force Management, Smith specializes in client consulting services in the areas of customer messaging, sales planning and sales execution. In this role, Smith is responsible for managing client engagements and for converting client specific requirements into impactful learning curriculum and tools.
Prior to joining Force Management, Smith was an Account Manager for CS Technology, Inc. where she managed business development and consulting projects. Before CS Technology, Smith held the position of Account Executive for AT&T in their Mid-Market, Major Account’s Division for the southeast.
Smith graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Political Science.
