Laura Solitario | Director – Organizational Development
Laura Solitario is Director of Organizational Development at Force Management. Skilled in corporate management, she brings more than 20 years of experience managing large scale human resources initiatives.
At Force Management, Solitario serves as practice leader for the organizational development area, where she consults on projects related to talent development and performance management.
Prior to Force Management, Solitario operated her own consulting firm, managing projects for the manufacturing, financial services, banking, real estate development and non-profit sectors. She also served as Director of Organizational Development for United Dominion Industries, where she implemented the firm’s first executive development and succession planning process across 22 national and international companies. Prior to United Dominion, Solitario was an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America and served 10 years at the Federal Reserve Bank.
Solitario holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations from the College of William and Mary.
