Community Service

Demonstrating leadership by giving back to our community

We believe in the importance of measuring performance and demonstrating leadership qualities. That’s why Force Management is dedicated to giving back to the communities in which we serve—locally and around the world.

Force Management Family Assistance Fund

To support our commitment to the community, we have established the Force Management Family Assistance Fund. This charitable trust fund manages the way we allocate contributions to those who need it most.

Some of our recent fund recipients include:

March Forth With Hope

March Forth With Hope is a foundation named for Hope Stout, a seventh-grader stricken with cancer. She became famous when she was approached by the Make a Wish Foundation. Her wish for 155 other ill kids to get their wishes set off a chain of fundraising. Hope died in January 2004, but many charitable events continue in her name to help other kids with life-threatening illnesses.

Samaritan’s Feet

Samaritan’s Feet provides sports and recreational adventures for people displaced due to poverty, ravaged wars, and religious persecution. The organization demonstrates compassion by washing and outfitting children’s feet with shoes and touching their hearts. The goal of Samaritan’s Feet is to provide 10 million impoverished children with 10 million pairs of shoes within 10 years.

Make a Wish Foundation

Since 1980, Make a Wish Foundation has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. The foundation’s mission reflects the life-changing impact that a Make a Wish experience has on children, families, referral sources, donors, sponsors, and entire communities.

The Scleroderma Foundation

The Scleroderma Foundation is the leading non-profit supporter of scleroderma research in the United States, allotting more than $1 million annually to find the cause of and cure for scleroderma. Since 1989, nearly $12 million in research funds has been dedicated to their cause.

Rapid increase in productivity

“The first year we worked with Force Management, our productivity per sales rep went up by 31%.  Last year, we increased productivity another 22%.  As long as those numbers keep going up, I’ll keep using Force Management.”
