Lisa Cool

Director of Channel Development

Lisa Cool is the Director of Channel Development at Force Management. Her background includes over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, with an emphasis on sales and development.  She has worked in a wide array of industries including real estate development, travel management and corporate wellness.  

Prior to her work at Force Management, Lisa implemented community outreach programs for Elliot Springs Memorial Hospital and marketed the various wellness programs throughout the Carolina's.  As she pursued her Masters Degree in Education/Counseling, she sold and implemented EAP programs nationally for Corporate Health International.  Her sales experience also includes marketing travel management programs for top national  companies including Carlson and Rosenbluth International.  In addition, she has real estate experience and has worked with investors and in relocation for Highland Realty and Development.

Lisa received  a B.A. Degree in Business Administration and Psychology and a Masters of Education in Counseling from Winthrop University.
