Course Description
This course provides managers with insight into coaching, developing and enhancing performance by using collaborative techniques to get individuals to recognize and agree to changed behavior. Participants define expectations, describe the purpose of coaching, and coach for improved performance through observation and evaluation. They also develop and execute clear development plans to consistently top-grade their sales force.
